18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance

All content available on Pose4.me is either (a) exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because it does not contain depictions of sexually explicit conduct as defined therein, or (b) produced by independent third-party creators who are solely responsible for maintaining all records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Pose4.me is a technology platform that hosts and distributes user/creator-submitted content. Pose4.me does not produce creator content and is not the “primary producer” (as defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1) of content uploaded by independent creators.

As a condition of using Pose4.me to upload content, creators represent and warrant that:

• They are at least 18 years of age.
• All individuals depicted in any content are at least 18 years of age.
• They have obtained valid government-issued identification for all individuals depicted as required by law.
• They maintain compliant §2257 records and will make them available upon lawful request.
• They own or have all necessary rights to upload the content and grant the Platform the right to display it to authorized users.

Pose4.me has a zero-tolerance policy for the following:

• Content involving minors or individuals under 18 (including simulated minor content).
• Non-consensual content, coercion, exploitation, or threats.
• Human trafficking, facilitation of trafficking, or escorting/solicitation of in-person sexual services.

Accounts suspected of violating these prohibitions are suspended immediately pending investigation, and we may report violations to appropriate authorities where required by law.
