By accessing or using Pose4.me (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Pose4.me is a subscription-based digital content platform that enables independent creators to distribute and monetize self-produced digital media.

• The Platform provides digital hosting and subscription infrastructure.
• We do not produce creator content.
• We do not arrange in-person services or meetings.
• We do not facilitate escorting or solicitation.
• We do not sell physical goods.
• All transactions are for digital content delivered electronically.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Recurring subscriptions billed in advance unless canceled.
• One-time pay-per-view purchases.
• Voluntary tips.

All purchases provide access to digital content delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

If you do not recognize a charge, contact support@pose4.me before initiating a dispute.

• Cancel anytime via Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
• Or email support@pose4.me from your registered email.
• Cancellation stops future billing.
• Access continues through the paid billing period.
• No cancellation fees apply.

All sales are generally final due to digital delivery.

• Duplicate transactions.
• Technical billing errors.
• Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Users agree to contact support prior to filing disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

• Minors or simulated minor content.
• Non-consensual or exploitative material.
• Escorting or in-person solicitation.
• Human trafficking.
• Illegal content.

Pose4.me is a technology platform and not the primary producer of creator-uploaded content. Independent creators are responsible for maintaining age-verification records as required under 18 U.S.C. §2257.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or payment processor compliance requirements.
