Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pose4.me (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Pose4.me is a subscription-based digital content platform that enables independent creators to distribute and monetize self-produced digital media.

• The Platform provides digital hosting and subscription infrastructure.
• We do not produce creator content.
• We do not arrange in-person services or meetings.
• We do not facilitate escorting or solicitation.
• We do not sell physical goods.
• All transactions are for digital content delivered electronically.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

Every member confirms they are 18 or older at signup. Before a creator can publish or earn, they must complete identity and age verification with a government-issued photo ID and a matching selfie, reviewed by our team. Accounts that fail verification cannot monetize, and anyone found to be under 18 is removed.

All purchases on Pose4.me are made with in-app coins, which you add using Cash App.

• Subscriptions are paid with coins and grant access for the chosen period. They do not auto-renew.
• One-time pay-per-view purchases that unlock specific content.
• Voluntary tips to creators.

All purchases provide access to digital content delivered immediately after the coins are applied.

Cash App is currently the only way to add coins. Pose4.me does not charge credit or debit cards. You add coins through Cash App, and your coins are then used for purchases in the app. Nothing from Pose4.me appears on a card or bank statement.

If you do not recognize a Cash App payment to us, contact support@pose4.me before disputing it.

• Turn a subscription off anytime from the creator's profile.
• Or email support@pose4.me from your registered email.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring charge to stop.
• Access continues through the period you already paid for.
• No cancellation fees apply.

All sales are generally final due to digital delivery.

• Duplicate coin purchases.
• Technical errors that caused an incorrect coin charge.
• Unauthorized Cash App payments reported within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are returned through Cash App, typically within a few business days.

Users agree to contact support before disputing a payment. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in account termination.

• Minors or simulated minor content.
• Non-consensual or exploitative material.
• Escorting or in-person solicitation.
• Human trafficking.
• Illegal content.

Pose4.me is a technology platform and not the primary producer of creator-uploaded content. Independent creators are responsible for maintaining age-verification records as required under 18 U.S.C. §2257.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable payment and compliance requirements.

If your account is suspended or terminated, your earned balance remains yours. You may request a payout of any earned coins to your registered Cash App for at least 90 days after termination, except where we are legally required to withhold funds, or where there is verified fraud or an unresolved chargeback. If funds are withheld, we will tell you why in writing, and you may respond at support@pose4.me.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Phoenix, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
