Refund Policy

All purchases on Pose4.me are for digital content delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, most sales are final.

1. General No-Refund Policy

Because access to digital content is provided immediately upon payment, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Unused subscription time
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • User dissatisfaction with content

2. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Technical billing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours
  • Verified system malfunction preventing content access

Refund eligibility is determined after review by our support team.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

We may require reasonable documentation to investigate unauthorized use claims.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact:

Include: Transaction ID, date of charge, amount, and explanation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business daysto the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a dispute with your bank, please contact support@pose4.me.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Restriction from future platform access

We cooperate fully with payment processors in dispute investigations.
