Refund Policy

All purchases on Pose4.me are made with in-app coins and are for digital content delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, most sales are final.

1. General No-Refund Policy

Because access to digital content is provided immediately when you spend coins, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Coins you have already spent on unlocks, tips, or subscriptions
  • Unused subscription time after a subscription has started
  • Dissatisfaction with content

2. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate coin purchases
  • Technical errors that caused an incorrect coin charge
  • Unauthorized Cash App payments reported within 48 hours
  • Verified system malfunction preventing content access

Refund eligibility is determined after review by our support team.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a Cash App payment to us was made without your authorization, you must contact us within 48 hours of the payment.

We may require reasonable documentation to investigate unauthorized use claims.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact:

Include: your Cash App payment details, date, amount, and an explanation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. We aim to review every request within 3 business days. If a request is denied, you may reply to the same email with more detail and ask for a second review.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds are returned to you through Cash App, typically within a few business days.

Timing can vary depending on Cash App.

6. Chargebacks

You always have the right to dispute a payment with Cash App. We only ask that you contact support@pose4.me first, because most issues (a duplicate charge, an unrecognized payment, or a technical error) are faster to fix directly than through a formal dispute.

If a dispute is opened, the related account may be paused while we investigate, and access is restored once it is resolved. We terminate accounts only for confirmed fraud or repeated abusive disputes, never for raising a genuine concern. We cooperate fully with Cash App to resolve every dispute fairly.
