Billing & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how subscriptions renew, how charges appear on statements, and exactly how to cancel to avoid unwanted renewals. If anything looks incorrect, contact support@pose4.me before contacting your bank.

1. Subscription Billing (Auto-Renewal)

Subscriptions on Pose4.me are billed in advance on a recurring basis (typically monthly) and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

  • You will be charged at the start of each billing period.
  • Your subscription remains active until you cancel.
  • Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the paid period.

2. One-Time Purchases & Tips

In addition to subscriptions, the Platform may support:

  • One-time pay-per-view purchases (digital content unlocks).
  • Voluntary tips to creators (where enabled).

One-time purchases are charged immediately at the time of purchase.

3. Billing Descriptor Disclosure

Charges may appear on your card or bank statement as:

or
VEROTEL / VTSUP.COM / applicable processor descriptor

If you do not recognize a charge, please contact support@pose4.me so we can help resolve it quickly.

4. How to Cancel (Step-by-Step)

You may cancel at any time using either method below.

Method 1 (In-App)
Log in → Account Settings → Subscription Management → Cancel Subscription
Method 2 (Email)
Email support@pose4.me from your registered account email and request cancellation.
  • Cancellation stops future recurring charges.
  • Access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • We do not charge cancellation or termination fees.

5. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Once canceled, your subscription will not renew on the next billing date. You may continue to access subscriber content until the end of the current paid period.

If you cancel after a charge has already processed for a new billing period, that charge is generally not refundable (see the Refund Policy for limited exceptions).

6. Emails & Confirmations

We send purchase confirmations for transactions and may send cancellation confirmations when your subscription is canceled. You are responsible for ensuring your account email is accurate and accessible.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support before initiating a dispute with your bank. Disputes and chargebacks increase costs and may result in account restrictions.

  • Contact support first for fastest resolution.
  • Abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.
  • We cooperate fully with our payment processors during dispute investigations.
