Content Moderation Policy

This Content Moderation Policy applies to all users, creators, and content posted, uploaded, messaged, or otherwise distributed through Pose4.me. These rules are in addition to our Terms of Service.

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate action:

• Any content depicting or involving minors (under 18) or any simulated minor content.
• Any non-consensual content, coercion, exploitation, blackmail, or threats.
• Human trafficking, facilitation of trafficking, or any exploitation of vulnerable persons.
• Escorting, prostitution, solicitation, or arranging in-person sexual services or meetings.
• Illegal activity or content that is unlawful in the viewer’s or creator’s jurisdiction.

The following are also prohibited and may result in content removal and account action:

• Copyright infringement or unauthorized third-party content.
• Sharing personal data (doxxing) or private information without permission.
• Harassment, hate, threats of violence, or targeted abuse.
• Fraud, payment abuse, or attempting to circumvent paywalls or access controls.
• Uploading content you do not have rights to distribute.

Creators must satisfy the following requirements:

• Creators must be at least 18 years old.
• Creators must complete identity and age verification before monetization.
• Creators must only upload content they own or have the legal rights to distribute.
• Creators must ensure all persons depicted are at least 18 and have provided consent.
• Creators must maintain age verification records as required by applicable law (including §2257 where applicable).

We use a combination of methods to enforce these policies, including:

• Creator verification prior to monetization.
• User reporting and complaint handling.
• Manual reviews and moderation actions.
• Automated signals designed to detect policy violations (where applicable).

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, or suspected underage access.

In some cases, we may allow appeals for moderation actions. Appeals must be submitted via email to support@pose4.me and should include relevant details and supporting context.
